Part 8

1. Step 1:

   same method for the headlight. to get different colors fill layer with color and blend to overlay
   

   

2. Step 2:

   tires. ad shaodos and highlights. for the treads simply made dark lines on the edges and array it around. then near the dark lines ad white lines as highlights
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Fiery rotors. with red normal soft brush make the rotors light up
   

   

4. Step 4:

   do the same thing with yellow color and blend mode to Linear dodge (add) this will crate the red and yellow fire effect
