How to draw a feature on a curved surface on solid works ?

Thanks for the information and images, now I can help.
I actually made the exact shape couple of days ago.
I can't think of an automated way to do it, either do the curved surface, use Split Line to make the faces then with points for the Lofted Boss feature or as Sudhir suggested.

1. Step 1:

   Make the basic shape, the curved face.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Make lines on the Top plane, the lines are equal and their both ends are coincident with the edge.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Use the Split Line feature to split the curved face to segments using the sketch you just created.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Make points, the construction lines are equal and they are perpendicular to the lines from the previous sketch.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Use the Lofted Boss feature, choose one face and a point at a time ... repeat until you finish all of them.
