How to make an assembly fully defined in Solid works ?

To Make Fully Defined Assembly You have to make all parts fully dimensioned of fully constrained as in this tutorial. I will give a example of your components. as under..

1. Step 1:

   First of all Insert a component as you can this is fully defined because this is automatically fixed.. This can not be moved..
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Insert another component anywhere .
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Select outer surface of small pin And select internal surface of first part as in picture.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Select concentric mate so that pin can slide in the hole..
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Similarly select two front faces of both parts.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Select coincident mate so that pin can only rotate in the hole.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Similarly select right (or top) planes of both parts.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Select coincident mate so that pin even can not rotate.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Finely we can see this assembly is fully defined.
