Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Top plane>>Sketch.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw a polygon with 25mm side.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Extrude it by 20mm.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Right plane>>Sketch.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Draw this profile.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Trim it.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Close it.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Now revolve it.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Section view.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Bottom face>>Sketch.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Convert the circular edge.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Extrude cut it.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Polygon face>>Sketch.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Draw a circle tangent to the polygon edge.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Extrude cut it at 45º draft with flip side to cut checked.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    We have the part.
