Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Start SolidWorks in part mode.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Front plane>>Sketch.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Draw two circles of 100mm and 50mm dia.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Extrude it mid-plane by 60mm.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Front plane>>sketch.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Draw a box like this one.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Same extrude operation.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Fillet.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Fillet these edges at 50mm.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Right face>>sketch.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    Draw circles like this at each corner of 20mm.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Extrude cut 60mm.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Select this face and then sketch.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    While selecting the face click convert entities.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Revolved cut.
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Use the line as the axis.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Right face>>sketch.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    Draw a circle of 50mm dia.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Extrude it by 50mm.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Again right face>>Sketch.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Convert the edge.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Extrude cut with flip side to cut at 60º draft.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    Then fillet that edge by 10mm.
    

    

24. Step 24:

    We have the part.
