It seems that the diameter of the two cylinder part on the top are missing.
(But you can measure it if you print the doc, or with a software like Scanit)

Top of the main cylinder is a sphere

Then, a plane correctly oriented

Step 3:
One of the cylinder, but i don't find the external diameter (!)

Step 4:
Use a symmetry
Then, the next part can be done only if you add the inner conical form .
