Pick and place application with KUKA KR16 robot using coppeliaSim and Matlab

9 1 Intermediate
. . . . . . . . Hi friends , in this tutorial I will show you how to create a pick and place simulation with the 6 DOF robot KUKA KR16 . Contents : ** V-REP part : 1-Attach a gripper to the robot flange 1:00 2-Add a conveyor 3:51 3-Set the robot in the inverse kinematic mode 7:22 4-Generate an infinite number of pieces 10:14 ** Matlab part : 5-Gripper function 13:13 6-Linear move function 15:47 7-Pick and place function 20:30 8- main code 24:33 all the matlab remote API functions are available here : http://www.coppeliarobotics.com/helpFiles/en/remoteApiFunctionsMatlab.htm#simxSetJointPosition I hope it's helpful and if you have question , I will do my best to answer them If you want to do this simulation again , you can download the KUKA KR 16 from here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZaMG-3bbJN-GHo3lghNYwZNuZD61NDDS/view?usp=sharing Facebook page : https://www.facebook.com/Mechatronics-Ninja-1601353846600883/?ref=bookmarks Thank you for watching.

Import Solidworks assembly into V-REP

7 1 Intermediate
. . . . . . . . The animation in Solidworks is not that advanced and sometime complicated especially when we use robots, so you can use the opensource simulator V-REP instead. This software is very powerful because it can be a C/C++, python, java, Matlab, octave, Lua client. First step: download the SW2URDF exporter : http://wiki.ros.org/sw_urdf_exporter make sure that this software is included in Solidworks Add-Ins -- SW2URDF The KUKA KR16 is not included in the educational version of V-REP, You can download our URDF and v-rep scene from this link : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kHn2xVgdGr9KEQnRgLEhC4hEKyHTzTsp/view?usp=sharing

[Tutorial Video] Add your robot model to v-rep library

3 3 Intermediate
Hi friends, in this tutorial I will demonstrate how to add your robot to v-rep model browser so that you can easily add it to other projects. Reference: http://www.coppeliarobotics.com/helpF... You can find the *.ttm model of the KUKA KR-16 here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bqx6... If you have a robot model that doesn't exist in vrep and you want to share it, you can add its link in a comment and I will add it to this description. Disclaimer :this is a personal model and it is not provided by KUKA , you can downloaded from here : https://grabcad.com/library/kuka-kr16-industrial-robotic-arm-1
