I am looking for some ideas or good exercises to strengthen my Inventor skills. I am fairly good with basic modeling and sheet metal. If anyone has any prints or ideas of what would be good to build in inventor I would appreciate it.
Hi, I do not know what level of preparation you have, but if you already master the basic modeling I think you should enter the tools and design accelerators that the Inventor brings in the environment of Assembly. It is my suggestion.
I was referring to generate and calculate pieces such as. gears, shafts, pulleys and the like. The Inventor brings good tools for that and I consider that any mechanical designer must dominate.
I only started modelling in Inventor from March this year. So I was in a similar position. For me the best type of exercise was a project (something that interested me) and design from scratch. For example: I'm a keen Star Wars fan so I decided to model a Tie-Fighter from photographs. There are lots of details and curved surfaces to cope with, great for increasing the skill level. So if you have a similar interest, I would suggest this is a good approach.
Hi guys. I learned so much things in inventor with "Prof. Daniel Severino". He is a brazilian youtuber. And he has some courses that you can find in: https://www.danielseverino.com/ . I guess that have a place with some pdf of parts that you can download and practice.
