hello experts How can I solve this problem (see the picture) to edit or modify!!? hope see your answers
you can refine stl mesh with Meshlab and FreeCad softwares then import in Solidworks.

I have never had any luck in importing stl files as a solid into Solidworks. Even if you do a flat face has lots on facets on it. It is very difficult to edit the file as well. You are better importing a step file or similar format.
I have had better results importing an stl file into Freecad.

I can then export it as a step file. It is still horrible to edit though.
Without seeing the part, it is difficult to offer specific solutions.
For general advice, see this tutorial. It covers some import options for STL files, and then how to convert the files into SOLIDWORKS models without the thousands of triangles:
The main issue is that you’re trying to edit an STL. Don’t! Go back and obtain the original CAD file from the source. Edit the original file or a STEP/IGES export.
You should only attempt to edit an STL file as an absolute last resort. STL files were created to transfer information for 3D printing. Nothing else. They were not intended to be edited. I know people do it all the time and have figured out various methods of doing it. It always has been the wrong procedure.
If the original designer only offers an STL, it usually means they do not intend for you to edit their model!
[edit] I know this doesn't help you solve your problem. Many people try to edit STL files and actually have some success. However this should not be misconstrued as an acceptable practice. Just because you can sometimes edit an STL doesn't mean you should.
