How to convert this to sheet metal in SW2013?

I believe that you tried this way is not possible to convert sheet metal, if you try to make a sketch already using the resources of metallic plate the possibility that you will be getting bigger, but the size of your plate is quite complicated to represent. i'm sorry, my english it's not good, i use the google tradutor
