How to model Audi R8 using sketch tracer in catia v5?

Split command is bit confusing is it possible that I can get tutorial video for that command?

I am very interested in car modelling. Nice tutorial but I'm more concerned about the prodecure of draing the 3d curves. Could you please indicate a few steps of how to draw the curves following the lines from the image?
