Is it possible to convert a Solid Edge files (parts, assemblies or drawings) into a Catia V5 file ?

You can export par or assembly in STEP format and then load them in CATIA buy you will lose the feature tree (in case of parts) and the assebmly constraints (in case of assembly). Drawings can be exchanged by using the dwg format
