Is it possible to convert a Solid Edge files (parts, assemblies or drawings) into a PTC Creo file?

Does anyone know a way to convert (or read in) the native files of Solid Edge (.par & .dft) to PTC Creo or ProE.

PLEASE i need your talent!!

export files as step then open them in creo.
you can use flexible modeling to edit the model in creo
