Regarding run time error ( click ok to terminate)
Hey all, I'm using CATIA V5-6R2018 version for more than 6 month, yesterday when i tried to use drafting I faced the probem { run time error ( click ok to terminate )} when I click ok, software get closed with out saving my work. I thought that may be software get correcpted. So I installed CATIA R21 version, now also I'm facing the same probelm and also when I try to configer my working pannel same issue arissess. Can any one kindly help to short of this problem.
I'm using dell laptop with 12GB Ram, 1Tb Hard disk.

Make sure you have plenty of storage available on your disk, and keep any CACHE folders cleaned periodically.
What do you mean by "working panel"?
What operating system do you have, 32 or 64bit. I would recommend having x64 when dealing with design, especially CATIA.
Ram and Storage look fine.
One more thing to look at, is going into your system folder, and seeing if your Graphics Card needs an update.
I'm using 64bit processor...
In my C drive have more than 50gb free space
I referred working pannell as the place where we customize what tools we need like " chamber tools, pad pockets tools, graphic properties" like that....
