How to how to use Depth of Field in SolidWorks PV360?
Depth Of Field can be added in 2011 but it is under the camera properties not the render settings as it was in SW 2010

Step 1:
Under the "Scene, Lights, and Cameras" tab right click on the camera and select "Edit camera".

Step 2:
Check the box next to "Depth of Field" at the bottom of the camera properties tab. This will allow you to set the focal point and focus planes.
