Tutorial - Modeling Cutter in Creo Elements aka Pro/E?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Sketch >> Top plane.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw a circle.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Extrude it.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Sketch >> Top plane.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Choose Slant Rectangle.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Draw it.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Exit the sketch.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Axis tool.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Select the circular face.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Extrude the sketch and remove material.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    While selecting the cut feature click Edit >> Pattern.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Change the type to axis.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Select the axis created as the axis about which pattern is to be created. Increse the number of instances and click complementary angle.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Click OK and the cutter is generated.
