Tutorial - Modeling Twisted cutter in Creo Elements aka Pro/E?

Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1:

    Sketch >> Top plane.

  2. Step 2:

    Draw a circle.

  3. Step 3:

    Extrude it.

  4. Step 4:

    Sketch >> Top plane.

  5. Step 5:

    Choose Slant Rectangle tool.

  6. Step 6:

    Create slant rectangle.

  7. Step 7:

    Extrude it and click Remove material. The height be up to next surface.

  8. Step 8:

    Click OK and the cut is generted.

  9. Step 9:

    Axis tool.

  10. Step 10:

    Select circular face and the axis is generated.

  11. Step 11:

    While selecting cut feature click Edit >> Pattern.

  12. Step 12:

    Defined by axis.

  13. Step 13:

    Set the angular extent button.

  14. Step 14:

    Increase the number of times to somewhat ~27.

  15. Step 15:

    Click OK.

  16. Step 16:

    Insert >> Warp.

  17. Step 17:

    Select body.

  18. Step 18:

    Select Twist tool.

  19. Step 19:

    Change the direction.

  20. Step 20:

    Input the Angle value.

  21. Step 21:

    Click OK and the feature is generated.
