topsolid file conversion to parasolid or step

Hi All , I have to rework some old parts designed in 2009 with TopSolid software which is no longer available for me. Is there somebody in this communiy able to convert the *top files to parasolid or step and the drawing to dwg ? this would be kind & helpfull. Thanks in advance.
