Catia sketch Tracer Issues

When i import an image in Catia V5 R20 sketch tracer, when it is in conical view the image is visible, but when i switch it to cylindrical view the image gets vanished

change the setting into material>general.

"change the setting into material>general" means are you talking about View mode settings??? I didn't get that. Can you please tell again . Thank you.

then change the view, for example front view,top view as per your requirement
