Tutorial: How to model Tire in PTC Creo Parametric and show design intent
Toroidal Bend feature with PTC Creo Parametric 2.0

Step 1:
Create Extrude feature - base shape

Step 2:
Add shape for your Tire (add or remove material)

Step 3:
Create Pattern feature from added shape (create tread design)

Step 4:
Add some Rounds/Drafts (customize tread design)

Step 5:
Create / Select Toroidal Bend feature

Step 6:
Select References tab >> Solid Geometry / Define... and select Sketch plane >> confirm Sketch

Step 7:
Create Profile section with Coordinate system - Finish sketch = OK

Step 8:
Select 360 degrees Bend from drop down menu. Choose Front and Back surfaces - system automatically will connect selected surfaces / references

Step 9:
(system automatically will connect selected surfaces / references)

Step 10:
Finish Toroidal Bend feature (final geometry)

Step 11:
You can add another features - Revolve feature (Rounds, Cuts etc.)
