Tutorial - Modeling Spring in Creo Elements aka Pro/E?

Here is the tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Insert >> Helical Sweep >> Protusion.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw center line about vertical axis and draw another line defining the height of spring.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Exit the sketch and input pitch value.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Now the section sketch will open.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Make a circle defining the cross section of the spring.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Exit sketch & Click OK and Spring is generated.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Sketch >> End face of the spring.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Convert the edges.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Extrude it.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Similarily Extrude it on the other side also.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    We have the spring generated.
